HealthTech Innovation

 

This track includes digital healthcare solutions such as mobile applications, artificial intelligence systems, digital platforms, telehealth services, and data-driven tools.

The innovation must be software-based and aim to enhance healthcare delivery, decision-making, or system performance through technology.

 

Medical Devices & Wearable Technology

 

This track includes physical healthcare innovations such as diagnostic devices, monitoring equipment, wearable technologies, or medical hardware prototypes.

Projects must involve a tangible product designed for clinical or healthcare use.

 

Research-Based Innovation

 

This track includes novel research innovations such as new therapeutic discoveries, innovative research methodologies, newly identified clinical findings, development of new drug concepts, or advanced scientific applications.

The focus is on generating new knowledge, advancing medical science, or introducing original research-based solutions with strong scientific foundation.

 

Clinical Workflow & Hospital Innovation

 

This track includes innovations designed specifically to improve hospital systems, operational efficiency, internal processes, resource utilization, documentation systems, interdepartmental coordination, or institutional performance.

The focus is on hospital-level system improvement rather than individual patient experience.

 

Patient Journey & Quality of Care

 

This track includes innovations that directly improve patient experience, safety, care continuity, adherence, rehabilitation, or overall quality of care across the treatment journey.

Projects should focus on patient-centered outcomes and measurable quality improvement

About Us

MSIR is a non-profit conference based on the principle of volunteer work, operating under the umbrella of the College of Pharmacy at King Saud University. The conference aims to support and empower researchers and advance national innovations in pharmacy and in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. It serves as an extension and advancement of the College of Pharmacy’s  research day at King Saud University.
